I had lost 5 stone & improved fitness to some extent, but for 2 months the weights loss had stopped, my aerobic fitness was not improving and I didn't know how to go about toning my muscles. I had become bored & demotivated & was on the verge of giving up. I has resisted personal training due to lack of confidence & fear of failure, but eventually my husband pursuaded me to see Louis & I haven't looked back since.
