My main sporting background is boxing which I competed in for 8 years & I have now been coaching within my personal training sessions for the past 6 years.
I believe that enjoyment is the key to increasing motivation & will power to succeed in achieving you exercise goals. Believe me, after a hard days work there is nothing more satisfying than having a good blast on the pads, with progression to the body pad if you're up for it!Member Testimonial
Steph & I are now on our second set of 10 sessions, which we both thoroughly enjoy. Rob constantly varies the exercises, hence we never get bored. We particularly enjoy the boxing element of the sessions, learning all the different punches, movements and techniques. Rob is a very motivating, organised trainer & always communicates session time/dates with plenty of advance notice.
