Being an International middle distance athlete I understand thetime and effort that needs to go into achieving your goals. If you are looking for a running specific programme or an endurance training based programme I will help get you to where you want to be. I like to pay particular focus on form and core stabilisation. I can also help you with weight loss maintenance and control through a structured training regime.

I couldn't ask for a better personal trainer than Ian. Originally, I'd only planned on a few sessions, seeking his guidance on maintaining fitness whilst I got over a running injury to my foot. Five months later, I don't know how I'd manage without him!
