I have been in the Sports industry for over 7 years since starting my first degree in Sports Science. I have since gained my Personal Training qualifications (REPs Level 3) and a Masters Degree in Sports Performance. I am working towards UKSCA Level 3 accreditation as a Strength & Conditioning coach (summer 2012). My passion is nutrition, strength training and hard work. At 13st7lbs and suffering from bouts of anxiety and depression, I came to Tom very shy and unconfident in the gym. I was sluggish, had terrible nutrition habits and was very out of shape. Since then I have been working hard on my weight training, improved my diet, metabolism and strength. I am now a confident 8st5lbs, fitting all of my new and favourite clothes. I can also do chin ups with 10kg added and squat above my bodyweight!
