My training specialties are Weight Training and Core Stability, as well as many others. My main form of exercise speciality is Boxing, which is great for losing weight as well as building up your overall fitness. I am completely committed to helping people reach their goals mentally and physically. I believe a Personal Trainer should help people get motivated and guide them towards what they want to achieve.
