Taking an active interest as a teenager in resistant training, to improve power for sport, Tony has been training for 14 years. From learning from fitness professionals and former competing athletes, Tony understands how to set fitness goals as well as the importance of achieving them through perseverance and tried and tested methods. Last year I suffered a car accident injuring my back. No exercise & stress led me to gain weight. Tony trained me to strengthen my back & to safely start a healthy lifestyle again.
