I have a strong and varied sporting background i have always believed in the importance of fitness in maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle. I use my personal enthusiasm and passion for fitness to create interesting and varied training sessions, with the belief that training should be rewarding and fun. I trained with Joe for 18 months. I hadn't done any formal exercise for years, and felt restricted in what I could do due to a knee problem. Joe created a programme taking all aspects of my health and fitness into. It was hard work but good fun, and Joe kept me motivated at every stage and kept setting me new challenges and goals. My stamina increased and I felt fit and toned. I lost 1 1/2 stone in weight, had no knee pain!!
