My goal is to help people reach their personal targets. I'm happy if you are happy! Those targets may be weight loss, toning, training for a specific sporting event, coming back from an injury or just general fitness. Sport is part of my every day life and I hope to bring it into my clients every day lives too thus helping them live and feel healthier and better about themselves.
