More About Lyndsey
I enjoy helping people get where they want to be, having fun along the way, and learning a little more about the ways to train to maximise their efforts. I love conditioning for a sport, or helping work round injuries, but more importantly, I'm passionate about making health and fitness part of everyone's daily routine. I want to help my clients move better, feel better, and consequently, live better.
