Sport has been a large part of my life for as long as I can remember. Having been a BASI snowboard instructor for over 20 years and a keen marathon runner and cyclist, I've had my fare share of injuries. From this I've found the importance of maintaining my own health & fitness, which has lead me to where I am today. There's nothing more rewarding for me than helping clients realise their own potential and to reach those goals.
