Nick is a passionate knowledgeable personal trainer, providing his clients with high quality training and sound nutritional advice. He is a keen sportsman, with a background in football and golf. Nick's experience and training covers a wide variety of health and fitness platforms; including weight loss, sports specific, GP & exercise referral, core stability and mat Pilates.
