Since 2007 I have helped hundreds of members to achieve thier goals at David Lloyd Southampton, my passion is free weights, running and spin. I believe that no goal is impossible if you are determined to achieve it!

I started training with Sam in July 2010 and I have continued with weekly sessions. Sam drew me up an eating plan after the first two weeks and I lost 10 pound. I have learnt great new techniques which I continue to use each time I use the gym. Sam has really pushed me to carry on with my work outs longer than had I been working out alone. I am really happy with the changes to my body shape, I feel much stronger and much more toned
