During the 7 years I have been personal training I have furthered my knowledge by doing extra qualifications in all areas that are most beneficial to help you. My areas of expertise are nutrition, sports massage and strength and conditioning.My aim is to help my clients achieve their goals by working with them to structure their lifestyle to help them achieve this. I write an exercise program for all clience to top athletes.
