I believe that all my clients have the potential to reach their goals through individualised training programmes and nutritional support. I try to make my training as interesting as possible by using functional exercises that incorporate free weights, kettlebells, TRX straps and other exercise equipment that make it fun but more importantly get results!

When I first started PT with James I was overweight and wanted to drop two dress sizes. James helped me achieve this by designing a fun and challenging exercise programme that incorporated various modes of resistance training and interval training.
James also helped me reach my goals by giving me full nutritional support on how to make small changes to my diet that would enhance my training but also help me lose the body fat that would see me drop two dress sizes.Through his motivation and expertise I was shown that with commitment and endeavour I was able to reach my goals. I would never have reached my goals in such a short space of time if it wasn't for James who gave me the confidence and support to go for my goals and actually achieve them!
