David Lloyd Leisure has made losing weight so much easier with our full packages of support, combining fitness routines, nutritional advice and unique gym classes.

Our new Lose & Shape Up Programme has been developed by our team of nutritionists and fitness professionals - all experts in their field, taking a ‘whole body’ approach to give members a better shape in just 12 weeks.

This includes:

David Lloyd Leisure was the first and only health and fitness group in the UK to offer this bespoke programme, which offers support in the form of expert hints, tips, guidance, and a specialist 12-week meal plan.

The 12-week journey combines four components: nutrition, resistance training, cardio training and personal training, all of which are tailored to your specific needs. Participants will learn invaluable lessons about healthy eating, from portion sizes, regulating insulin levels, eating out, choices of fats, proteins and carbohydrates through to what to eat before and after exercise.

Weekly meal plans, shopping lists, exercises and a progress tracker are all available online to keep you on track whether you are at home or in the office.
