2012 is the year to realise your dreams with our fantastic Lose and Shape Up course.

Lose and Shape Up delivers unbelievable support with unbelievable results with an average of 12 pounds being lost per member in the 12 weeks of the course.

We give you all the support you need with weekly nutritional advice and meal planners, weekly confidential weigh-ins, weekly group exercise, online support and to top it off the physical and emotional support you will receive with our Lose and Shape Up guru and Personal Trainer Josie Tweddle.

Starting from 12th January we will be hosting our weekly curry night.

Freshly prepared curries for all to enjoy with all of the trimmings. Served in the clubroom from 7pm you can choose your curry with rice and naan bread and enjoy the delights with poppadoms.

Each week the choice of curry will change so keep your eye's open for the posters in the clubroom. To avoid disappointment we would strongly suggest to book in advance by speaking to a member of the bar team. Bring your family and friends with you to have a great night.
