Where to find usYou'll find us on the sunny South Coast in the seaside town of Worthing situated in the suburb of Durrington, West Worthing convenient to both the A27 and the A259.
Our fabulous gymOur state-of-the-art-gymnasium has nothing but the latest in both cardiovascular and resistance equipment including new Power Plates and Tread Climbers. Try our new Power Plate machine for a 1 hour workout in only 10 minutes or take a spinning class in our designated spinning area.
