Swimming pools and wet spa

In addition to our gym facilities at Solihull South we are proud to offer an indoor swimming pool and kids splash pool. Our wet spa also has a steam room, sauna and whirlpool for winding down after your workout.

And there's more… group classes, and games

At David Lloyd Solihull South we have over 60 group exercise classes including RPM, Body Pump, Body Jam, Body Combat, Body Step, Body Balance and Body Vive. We also have plenty of express morning, lunchtime and evening classes for those with less time.

Pre & postnatal classes have also been recently introduced to our timetable.
