I'm Simon Skelson, General Manager of David Lloyd, West Bridgford and my friendly staff and I are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals and ensuring you make the most of every visit.

We're located in the beautiful South Nottingham suburb of West Bridgford, home of Nottingham Forest and Notts County FC and Trent Bridge Cricket ground. From the A52 turn left onto Loughborough road at the Nottingham Night Pub, pass the fire station on the left and turn left onto Rugby road.View Map

Our open floor plan gym is fitted with the latest equipment and machines to help you lose weight, build muscle, or tone up. Complemented by our stretching areas, aerobic studios and spinning area you can always find new ways to get fit and have fun at David Lloyd.

Swimming pools, spa and racquet facilities
At West Bridgford, we think it's fair to say we're crazy about racquets and we've got 13 tennis courts, 8 badminton courts and 3 squash courts to prove it. Not only do we have an immense racquet area - we've got swimming and spa facilities to boot. Both an indoor and outdoor pool, kids splash areas and relaxing wet spa - when it comes to swimming and relaxation, you can't beat West Bridgford's wet facilities.View the Facilities

Tennis Coaching
Our LTA endorsed tennis coaches and our specialist qualified squash coaches can assess and monitor your standard, boost your development and help you find appropriate playing partners. Individual coaching, weekly training sessions and club nights ensure that you get the coaching and professional support you need to maximise your game. So whether you just learning to play or developing your skills our highly qualified professionals will ensure you get results.
Our younger players will benefit from our Junior Group Coaching sessions delivered by our LTA endorsed Junior Racquet Professionals. Our LTA endorsed All Stars Tennis Programme is a high quality, progressive tennis skill, development, fun, fitness and social interaction for children aged 3-12 years.
