We're fitted with state-of-the-art gym equipment including personal gym keys, which allow you to keep track of your progress and get the results you want. Plus we run 100 free group exercise classes in 3 studio's and to make the most of your gym experience we also have 8 Personal trainers who are trained to a minimum of a NASM Level 3.
