I'm Clare Ward, General Manager of David Lloyd Milton Keynes and my friendly staff and I dedicated are to helping all of our members achieve their personal fitness goals while at the same time having a great time.
Where to find usWe're conveniently located close to Junction 14 of the M1 near to Willen Lake and the Grand Union Canal on the edge of Milton Keynes. We're situated opposite Gulliver's Land only 2 minutes drive from the M1 Junction 14, just off V10 Brickhill Street, H5 Portway A509.
Our fabulous gymWe're proud to be known as the premier gym in Milton Keynes. We're fitted with state-of-the-art gym equipment including personal gym keys, which allow you to keep track of your progress and get the results you want.

Plus we run 100 free group exercise classes in 3 studio's and to make the most of your gym experience we also have 8 Personal trainers who are trained to a minimum of a NASM Level 3.

And there's more… group classes, and gamesWe run over 100 different weekly exercise classes for all levels and ages, from holistic through to high energy. We have 3 studios including a Keiser studio with 40 state of the art bikes.
Business or party roomsWe also have 3 conference suites for events with up to 100 people. Whether it's a business meeting, wedding, or party, David Lloyd is the perfect place to host an event.
