I'm James Dent, General Manager of David Lloyd, Maidstone and my friendly staff and I are here to make your visits to David Lloyd a valuable and enjoyable experience.

David Lloyd, Maidstone is located in the heart of Maidstone Town Centre next to the Odeon Cinema. From junction 7 on the M20 just follow directions to the town centre then to LockMeadow Complex.View Map
Our fabulous gym
Maidstone boasts a huge open plan gym fitted with the newest cardiovascular and resistance equipment as well as an extensive free weights area to give you the best personal training experience.

Swimming pools, and spa facilities
At Maidstone we're big on swimming - offering classes for kids and adults alike in our indoor swimming pool. To complement our pool we also have a fabulous wet spa area where members can take advantage of our steam room, sauna and whirlpool.
And there's more… group classes, and games
Your membership at Maidstone includes a lot more than you might think because we run over 65 group exercise classes for kids and adults each week here at David Lloyd, Maidstone.
We have classes from Body Jam which is a street dance class, running club where you get to hit the streets, plus Yoga & Pilates for your mind and body.
We love kids and families
At Maidstone our members would agree that we love families and that's why we strive to offer a wide range of activities and programmes for everyone. So come down, take a swim, drop in on a dance night or enjoy a themed food night like French or Spanish.
We regularly show live sports like football, cricket and rugby on our large screen TV's because we really can't get enough of sport at David Lloyd.
