I'm Kris Ball, General Manager of David Lloyd Knowsley and my friendly staff and I are here to make sure all of your visits to David Lloyd are enjoyable.
Where to find us
You will find David Lloyd Knowsley approximately 15 minutes from Liverpool City Centre, next door to the world famous Liverpool FC Academy. Situated in the district of Knowsley, just minutes from both the East Lancashire Road and the M57.View Map
Our fabulous gym
Our newly renovated gym with 200 stations, containing some of the latest exercise and entertainment equipment, is certainly the most extensive the area.

Swimming pools, spa and racquet facilities
In addition to our gym we're also proud to offer fantastic tennis, racquet, swimming and leisure facilities.
To cater to our large tennis population at Knowsley we have 11 indoor and outdoor tennis courts for players of all abilities. Plus, each year from September onwards we erect a temporary air dome over 3 of our outdoor courts increasing our winter tennis court availability from 5 to 8.
You can also enjoy our heated outdoor pool, which is open all year round. We also have a sauna, steam room and whirlpool that are perfect for winding down.View the Facilities

With the 80 group exercise classes put on by our experienced fitness coaches each week there's always something new to choose from. Exercising in a group is an enjoyable and motivating way to keep fit.
Business meeting and party rooms
At David Lloyd Knowsley we have superb conference and banqueting rooms. We can cater for up to 200 guests and have a late bar license meaning the party can go into the night.
We love kids and families
Our friendly family atmosphere makes David Lloyd Knowsley the perfect place to bring the whole family. If you love football, we always have live sports playing on our many plasmas.
And our superb cr?che and nursery facilities means you can workout, or play tennis with friends knowing your children are in safe hands.

Tennis Coaching
Our LTA endorsed tennis coaches and our specialist qualified squash coaches can assess and monitor your standard, boost your development and help you find appropriate playing partners. Individual coaching, weekly training sessions and club nights ensure that you get the coaching and professional support you need to maximise your game. So whether you just learning to play or developing your skills our highly qualified professionals will ensure you get results.
Our younger players will benefit from our Junior Group Coaching sessions delivered by our LTA endorsed Junior Racquet Professionals. Our LTA endorsed All Stars Tennis Programme is a high quality, progressive tennis skill, development, fun, fitness and social interaction for children aged 3-12 years.
Personal Training
David Lloyd Personal Trainers are highly qualified professionals. Not only are they all on the Register of Exercise Professionals at the highest level, but uniquely they undergo rigorous in-house training at our dedicated David Lloyd Campus. We are totally committed to providing you with the finest personal training available so that's why we invest heavily to ensure our trainers are the best the industry has to offer giving you the confidence and support to push your training to the next level.
Swimming Courses
Our ASA endorsed All Stars Swim Programme is a high quality progressive coaching programme providing skill, development, fun, fitness and social interaction for children.
