Where to find usWe're conveniently situated just minutes from the M4 near to Heathrow airport. From the M4 exit at Junction 3 and you can't miss us.
Our fabulous gymOur large gym area is fitted with the very best in cardiovascular and fitness machines as well as a free weight area and 4 aerobic studios. Heston's gym has a vibrant, social atmosphere with many long-term members.

facilitiesIn addition to our gym facilities our tennis facilities are unmatched in the area. We have a total of 16 indoor and outdoor tennis courts, which plays host to Heston's large tennis population.

If you're looking for swimming amenities, Heston has it all. You'll find both indoor and outdoor pools, a kids splash area and relaxation facilities like saunas, whirlpools and a steam room to relax in after a long day.
