Our fabulous gym

Our large gym area which has just been completely refurbished with the very best and the most up to date cardiovascular and resistance machines, boasts the best stocked free weights area for miles around as well as Powerplate machines and a large Kinesis wall. We have 4 aerobic studios including a spin studio, and offer over 80 classes per week, all of which can be booked online in advance. Heston's gym has a vibrant, social atmosphere with many long-term members.

Swimming pools, spa and racquet facilities

In addition to our gym facilities our tennis facilities are unmatched in the area. We have a total of 16 indoor and outdoor tennis courts, which play host to Heston's large tennis population. If you're looking for swimming amenities, Heston has it all. You'll find both 25 metre indoor and 25 metre outdoor pools, a kids splash area and relaxation facilities like saunas, whirlpools and a steam room to relax in after a long day.View the Facilities

We run over 80 group exercise classes every week many of which are unique to David Lloyd. So make the most of your membership and give a holistic, spinning or dance class a shot. Whatever your skill level, come along to a tennis club night and we'll arrange matches which guarantee you'll have a great time, while giving you the perfect opportunity to get to know like-minded members.

We love kids and families

Heston is a great place to bring the whole family with our regular themed nights, Sunday roasts and curry nights. Plus, our social calendar is always packed with everything from Diwali, to our Halloween night party and Christmas social. David Lloyd, Heston's fabulous crèche facilities mean you can work out knowing your children are in safe hands. Our junior tennis academy for performance players is based at Heston and boasts some of the top performance coaches in the region.
