We've changed our nameSince 2007 the Amida brand has been very much part of the David Lloyd Leisure Group and during that time considerable advances have been made in the club’s operations. While the club’s name may be changing, I can assure you that we will not be changing the services that we offer you – and we will be keeping the Amida name as the brand name for our exclusive and award-winning Spa.

Amida's spa has been designed to subtly reflect the style and tranquillity of the Orient. It boasts an amazing array of facilities which sets it apart from other health club spas. Soak up the pleasures of the hydro spa, sauna, steam room, sanarium, massage showers, heated relaxation beds, plunge and relaxation pools. We love kids and familiesExtensive junior activities including racquet sports, swimming, group and individual gym usage. Plus a range of great value memberships for children, juniors and students and dedicated family days which will be complemented by a creche for the under 5's.
There is also an outdoor Children's play areaJunior and Child Members will be able to participate in a range of activities provided within the Junior Programme. The aim of the Junior Programme will be to develop each child's fitness and generate new friendships in a fun and exciting environment.
