Our open plan gym is fitted with the latest equipment and machines to help you lose weight, build muscle, or tone up. For your entertainment our gym has TV's and stereos to make your time at the gym even more enjoyable.

At Newhaven Harbour we have a great variety of sports facilities on top of our traditional gym. Rally in one of our 11 tennis courts, try badminton, or take a swim in our indoor and outdoor pools.

The current class timetable at David Lloyd, Newhaven Harbour has 60 fitness classes every week. Try our welcome package, which includes a triple taster so you can try different types of classes.

Our LTA endorsed tennis coaches and our specialist qualified squash coaches can assess and monitor your standard, boost your development and help you find appropriate playing partners. Individual coaching, weekly training sessions and club nights ensure that you get the coaching and professional support you need to maximise your game. So whether you just learning to play or developing your skills our highly qualified professionals will ensure you get results.
Our younger players will benefit from our Junior Group Coaching sessions delivered by our LTA endorsed Junior Racquet Professionals. Our LTA endorsed All Stars Tennis Programme is a high quality, progressive tennis skill, development, fun, fitness and social interaction for children aged 3-12 years.

Not only are they all on the Register of Exercise Professionals at the highest level, but uniquely they undergo rigorous in-house training at our dedicated David Lloyd Campus. We are totally committed to providing you with the finest personal training available so that's why we invest heavily to ensure our trainers are the best the industry has to offer giving you the confidence and support to push your training to the next level.
