Our fabulous gymOur open plan gym is fitted with the latest equipment and machines to help you lose weight, build muscle, or tone up. For your entertainment our gym has TV's and stereos to make your time at the gym even more enjoyable.

Swimming pools, spa and racquet facilitiesAt Newhaven Harbour we have a great variety of sports facilities on top of our traditional gym. Rally in one of our 11 tennis courts, try badminton, or take a swim in our indoor and outdoor pools.

Not only do we have a fabulous array of sports facilities – when you're in the mood to relax our spa's are the perfect place. Unwind in the wet spa, get pampered in our hair and beauty salon or relax in the plunge pool.
