We are pleased to announce David Lloyd Eastbourne has recently completed a £2.5 million refurbishment and we now offer an exercise timetable with over 100 classes per week, a kid’s programme of over 50 free classes per week, a comprehensive Swimming and Tennis programme in addition to Squash, Racketball, Badminton and Table Tennis.

With our gym extension, new changing rooms and 2 new aerobic studios we're sure you'll be impressed. Our gym and sports facilitiesWe know you'll love them here at David Lloyd Eastbourne we're proud to offer you some of the finest gym, tennis and sports facilities in the area. Wet spa and racquet facilitiesWe're proud to offer 6 indoor carpet & 3 outdoor tennis courts as well as 4 badminton & 2 'Respatex' squash courts for all your racquet needs. To relax and unwind we are sure you will be impressed with our wet spa with its sauna, steam room and whirlpool. The new state of the art changing rooms offer a modern facility with twice the floor space of the previous facility and house a new unisex steam room and sauna. And there's more…With group classes, and games, over 100 studio classes, 60 DL kids classes, 7 Personal trainers, weekly tennis events programme (junior and adult) and weekly swim programmes there is no shortage of group activities and classes to choose from. The clubroom has been designed to offer maximum comfort to all of our members with an adult only quiet area and extended dining space in addition to the 'kids' zone which incorporates 4 computers, toys, games, books, and a TV showing c beebies. Our new multi purpose sports area is primarily designed for children's tennis and DL Kids activities, however, can be used for other sports on request. Interested?
