We know you'll love themOur gym boasts a 100 square metre area with over 200 of the latest exercise machines. Try our new Power Plate machines for a 1 hour workout in only 10 minutes or take a spinning class in our designated spinning area.

facilitiesIn addition to our gym facilities we are proud to offer 2 swimming pools and 8 tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor. We also have a steam room, sauna and whirlpool for winding down after your workout.
