Where to find usYou'll find David Lloyd, Cardiff on the outskirts of the capital city of Wales. We're situated just off Newport Road, close to Junction 30 of the M4.
Our fabulous gymWe're proud to be known as the largest gym in Wales, outfitted with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and resistance training equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals.

And to make the most of your gym experience we also have 8 Personal trainers who are trained to a minimum of NASM Level 3.
