We're located at the top of Maidenhead Town Centre, in the Royal County of Berkshire at Grenfell Island. Find us from the M4 or the A4, following the signs for Maidenhead Central.View Map

Here at David Lloyd, Maidenhead we're proud to offer you some of the finest gym and sports facilities in the area.

Our gym and sports facilities - We know you'll love them

Our huge gym boasts a great open floor space with all the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines. Try our new Power Plate machine for a 1 hour workout in only 10 minutes or take a spinning class in our designated spinning area. View the Facilities

Swimming pools, spa and racquet facilities

In addition to our gym facilities consist of an indoor pool, great for cooling down after the gym or swimming in the designated lanes.
