We know you'll love themOur huge gym boasts a great open floor space with all the latest cardiovascular and resistance machines. Try our new Power Plate machine for a 1 hour workout in only 10 minutes or take a spinning class in our designated spinning area.
Swimming pools, spa and racquet facilitiesIn addition to our gym facilities consist of an indoor pool, great for cooling down after the gym or swimming in the designated lanes.
We know that relaxation is just as important than fitness at David Lloyd, Maidenhead. We also have a steam room, sauna and whirlpool for winding down after your workout.
