“With two badly accident-damaged knees I needed to seriously strengthen my legs and regain fitness. I was desperately in need of both leg muscle conditioning and overall fitness development to get back into kick-boxing and skiing.
"I played around in the Gym for a couple of months, lacking motivation, not really knowing what to do for the best and not surprisingly showing no real progress. However during this time I saw Mark train others and after finding out about his background I decided to take the plunge and get stuck in.
"I have to say that gym-based training is not my favourite hobby. I could think of other things I would rather do but, based on my personal goals, Mark develops a weekly training plan which delivers as much variety as I could wish for. Mark recently added boxing into my training routine. It's great fun – try it! Training with Mark is far from boring. As with most things you only get out of it as much as you put in; it’s definitely a challenge but if it wasn’t it wouldn’t be any good. It’s certainly what I need and something that Mark is particularly good at delivering.
