Holiday active for half term

Holiday active camps are back for half term for this October as well as swimming and tennis intensive sessions.

Better than ever, headed up by Becky and her team at DL Kids.

Reception will have all the information you need the first weekend in October about the times and costs of these sessions.

All places need to be pre-booked and pre-paid at least 24 hours in advance and we are focusing on the half day care session this holiday.

Drop in DL Kids sessions will be available as normal from 4pm and these will be free.

Due to the response over the summer we will not be offering paid for drop in sessions during the day.

Pre and post natal workshops

Angela Lockwood is our specialist Personal Trainer who runs pre and post natal workshops to help ladies who are either planning to get pregnant, are pregnant or have just had a baby. Her next session is on Saturday 10th October.

She will focus on getting your body in great condition ready to take on this physically demanding stage of your life.

A lot of ladies think that they should stop exercising when they get pregnant - but this is the very time in your life when the correct exercise will help you short and long term.

It is proven that by being physically ready, labour pain and time can be reduced, recovery after birth is quicker and the body is in a better state to cope with the tiring first few months of motherhood.

We are proud to have some of the best sports massage therapists, physios and chiropractors on site managed through Return2Fitness. Chrissy Harper joins them soon, having completed the intensive training need for this specialist field.

Our Personal Trainers are well qualified to help in conjunction with any physio you may need which is why it makes sense to make the Club your one stop shop!
