F.I.T. Boxing, starting Sundays at 10.30am. F.I.T. Circuits has moved to Wednesdays at 5.15pm and Supervised Gym will change to F.I.T. Circuits on Saturday mornings at 10am. This means even more of our Junior Members from 11+ can get involved!

Members aged 14-15 can enjoy the Gym by themselves, on completion of three "Start Up" Gym inductions. However they must wear a wrist band at all times when in the Gym. These are available from reception.

They deliver services from Body Fat Analysis and nutritional advice to specifically designed programmes to push you to your limits. All their profiles, qualifications and areas of expertise are on display in the Gym, so check them out and contact one of the Gym team directly in the Club.

This is a great opportunity for them to learn a new skill, keep fit and make new friends.

We run our Tennis All Stars lessons for children aged 3-17. The programme offers valuable tuition and great fun, as well as tournaments throughout the term.

Tennis All Stars lessons cost from £5 per week. Courses run throughout the week.

Swimming is a must-have skill for all. Our Swimming lessons run throughout the week, from adult and baby to F.I.T. Swim (Stages 8+).

Lessons start from just £7 per week and are booked as a course.

Private lessons are available upon request.

We are offering free Swimming Assessments for everyone interested in Swimming lessons. The assessments can take place at a time to suit you and are delivered by one of our Level Two qualified Swimming coaches.

DL Kids' parties can be tailored to meet your child’s needs. If you choose DL Kids to host your child’s big day, the following are included:

- Two qualified DL Kids coaches for the full duration of the party

- Invitations

- Two hours of activities (sports/games/disco)

- Party food

- Themed parties e.g. superheroes, pirates and princesses, High School Musical

- Thank you cards

- Party bags

Also, every child guest receives a family pass for the Club, to use at a later date.

Pre-School Stage One – for children aged 3-4 (no under 3s).

Course commences on Wednesday 2nd May, from 2.45-3.15pm.

The course runs for ten weeks and costs £77.

These courses take place on Monday evenings from 6-7pm, and cost £5 per week. To arrange a taster or to book please contact Reception.

Join the DL Kids team for an hour of Multi-Sports at 5pm, followed by the popular DL Kids Movie Night from 6-8pm!

When you park in these bays you will be required to display the permit at all times.

Passes are valid for children aged 3 and under who must be with you whilst parking.
