At David Lloyd, we believe in having something for everybody, and this extends all the way from the gym to our exercise classes. If you don't see what you're looking for, than call into your friendly local David Lloyd and ask us. We're sure to have something for you.

Come along and try our:

  • Group exercise welcome – let our friendly expert team tell you all about our group exercise classes, how to book and when they are.
  • Triple taster – to find the very best exercise class for you, this 1 hour taster is a must. Try three different classes.
  • Training clubs – a great 6-week group course for an hour a week with a qualified personal trainer.
  • Cardio Tennis - our exciting high-energy workout to get your heart pumping and burn calories.
  • Weight loss course – a 12-week weight-loss programme you can join at any time. Watch those pounds roll off.
  • Pre and post natal – a gentle gym workout for women in all stages of pregnancy, and after.
  • Adult swimming – for fitness, or just to enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool. And if you can't swim yet, our friendly ASA qualified coaches will soon teach you how.
