There are many different types of yoga and David Lloyd teach a variety of yoga classes

  • Exclusive "yoga moves" – developed by David Lloyd exclusively for their members, "yoga moves" is the perfect yoga class for all levels and focuses on technique rather than the spiritual aspects of yoga
  • Hatha yoga - perfect for beginners or people with injuries, Hatha focuses on gentle stretches and basic yoga poses. Meditation and relaxation techniques are taught.
  • Ashtanga yoga – is physically intense for a more rigorous workout
  • Vinyasa yoga – these yoga classes are based on inhale or exhale movements with a dance-like flow. Vinyasa uses movement and stretching together
  • Anusara yoga – is fun and light-hearted yoga based on the philosophy that people are intrinsically good
  • Iyengar yoga – align your body to the sun and perfect the basic yoga poses
