- Body balance – a yoga, tai chi and Pilates exercise class that builds flexibility and strength. This exercise class will leave you feeling centred and calm
- Pilates – an exercise class to improve your posture and tone with stretching and strengthening exercises and aid rehabilitation – look on our Pilates page for more
- Yoga – stimulates, relaxes and revitalises the mind and body. David Lloyd teaches many types of yoga – there's Astanga, Vinyasa and Lyengar yoga for those looking for a more vigorous workout; or Hatha and Anusara yoga which are gentler with more stretches and meditation
- Yoga moves - is a basic but dynamic, physically-oriented yoga programme which focuses on core strength, balance and breathing
- Tai Chi – a meditation in movement. It relaxes you and cuts stress and tension, boosting energy and toning and rehabilitating those tired muscles
