Here at David Lloyd Leisure, we have so many exercise classes you'll be spoilt for choice. Our exercise classes are so enjoyable and such fun that when you've tried one you'll be coming back for more.

We run over 5,000 free exercise classes a week across the UK, so there's sure to be one that's just right for you.

Whether the exercise classes are in the gym, the studios or one of our other great facilities, you can be sure that you'll have a great time, build your fitness and self-confidence.

We have a group exercise welcome where our friendly expert team will tell you all about our group exercise classes, how to book and when they are.
