The David Lloyd Leisure Group has a range of superb racquet, health and fitness clubs and are interested in acquiring new sites for the development of new David Lloyd Clubs; at specific locations in the UK and in Europe.

Each of these new locations will have specific property site requirements that must be met.

Property Site Requirements

  • Minimum site area 5.0 acres
  • Typical club Gross Internal Area: 75,000 - 85,000 sq. ft.
  • Car parking for 250 vehicles
  • Minimum population of 130,000 within a 15 minute drive time of the site
  • More than 50% of the core catchment within Social Groups A,B,C1 & C2
  • Freehold or long leasehold opportunities will be considered
