The David Lloyd Leisure Group has a range of superb racquet, health and fitness clubs and are interested in acquiring new sites for the development of new David Lloyd Clubs; at specific locations in the UK and in Europe.
Each of these new locations will have specific property site requirements that must be met.

Property Site Requirements
David Lloyd Leisure currently operate two racquet club concepts, the smaller of which occupy buildings of between 30,000–40,000 sq ft, have a minimum site area of three acres and need a population of at least 90,000 people within a 13 minute drive time of the club.
The larger racquets club concept occupy buildings up to 80,000 sq ft, have a minimum site area of five acres and require a population of 125,000 within a 13 minute drive time of the club.
