Gym Challenges

At David Lloyd we want to ensure you keep motivated and energized with your gym workouts. This is why we’ve developed a series of Gym Challenges which run most months linked to relevant seasonal events and sporting activities. They’re a fun way to train and will hopefully get you meeting new people and try out new exercises and equipment as you take on the challenge.
