Class Types
You can choose from a number different exercise classes at David Lloyd, each with specific benefits. There are High Energy classes, for example, which help you burn the maximum number of calories and offer the fastest way to improve your fitness. Then there are Holistic classes, which teach you how to reduce stress and improve your flexibility. Strength and Conditioning classes enable you to tone and sculpt your body while, with Dance classes, you can improve your co-ordination while enjoying listening to music. Finally, our Weight Loss course is a 12-week programme you can join anytime and includes useful tips on food and nutrition.
