Swim sessions for 11-17s
Swimming is a great way to tone up, get water confident and improve existing skills. Our 45 minute lessons give 11-17 year olds all the skills they need to swim like a fish, build endurance and get ASA-approved qualifications (levels 8-10). But distance is only part of it. As well as water sports, there’s synchronised swimming, survival, diving and more, all as part of the lessons.
