Small Group Training

Small Group Training

Small Group training is a great way of working closely with a Personal Trainer whilst sharing the cost with 3-5 friends and members. Our PTs are experienced at working with groups of 4-6 members to make a fun and effective workout. Many members like the feeling of working out with some friends but safe in the knowledge that they are doing exactly the right exercises, in the right order, and of course at the right intensity!

High Intensity

High Intensity Training

High intensity interval training combines short bursts of maximum intensity exercise separated by recovery periods of low-to-medium exercise. You’ll burn off fat and calories as you improve your cardio fitness and achieve more in 15 minutes than an hour on the treadmill.

Fitness for teens

DL Kids have their thing, adult members have theirs – so it makes sense that our teenage members have a range of classes and sessions where they can be themselves and enjoy spending time with friends in a safe, healthy environment. Our coaches run supervised gym sessions for younger teens, to get them familiar with all of our gym equipment. That way, they’re ready to kick things off on their own (after an induction, of course!) at 14.

Pre- and Postnatal

Your exercise routine will naturally change during and after pregnancy, so we have a range of pre- and postnatal exercise classes designed just for that. Our specialist team will share specific fitness techniques and exercises for the lead-up to the birth, and help you return to peak condition after baby is born.
